Name and History: Our school was built in 1976 during the state's centennial and the nation's bicentennial, thus the name. Colors: Red, white and blue

Stellar Points: School uses best teaching practices and has set high expectations for staff and students. Centennial believes all students can be successful and will do whatever it takes for students to succeed. District School of Distinction for accreditation status. Recipient of the Colorado Governor's Distinguished Improvement Award 2017 and 2018.
Special Offerings: Universal Restorative Practices and Critical Thinking; multi-age, differentiated learning opportunities in literacy and math; strong grade level team collaboration that reviews student data monthly to determine progress and makes curricular adjustments as needed in all levels, including Gifted and Talented
